EGR Delete Kit for BMW 335d & E70 X5d – CNC Machined Components

• Port-matched to the ASV and intake manifold for optimal transitions
• CNC-machined from billet 6061 aluminum EGR tube and EGR block-off plate
• Flat sides for the option to drill/tap sensor locations
• Retains stock top mounting hole for E70 X5 airbox & 335d engine cover
• Silicone vacuum cap (won’t degrade like typical rubber caps)

• (1) 6061 billet aluminum EGR tube
• (1) 304 stainless EGR block-off (exhaust manifold side)
• (1) Silicone vacuum cap
• (1) ASV-to-EGR tube O-ring (Victor Reinz)
• (1) EGR tube-to-intake manifold gasket (Elring)
• (2) Coolant block-off caps (OEM)
• New hardware:
  • (7) bolts + washers for EGR tube → intake manifold and ASV → EGR tube
  • (2) bolts for the EGR block-off plate
